Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Estrelu collects, where it's stored and what you can do with it. In short: we keep only what the baby log needs to work, we show no ads, we use no third-party trackers, and you can export or delete your logs at any time.

Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: a self-employed individual (Russia), INN 189218224121.
For any question about your data, email support@nidalumi.com.
What data we collect
Your email address. We use it to sign you in: we send a code, there's no password. We also use it to remind you a few days before your paid period ends. We don't send marketing email without your consent.
Your baby's logs. Everything you enter in the app: sleep, feeds, diapers, solids, height and weight, temperature and medicine times, vaccines, the baby card, first moments, and mom's mood check-ins. Your baby's sex is optional.
Family members. If you invite a partner, grandparent or sitter, we store who joined your family and their role: "parent" or "sitter."
Payment data. You pay in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). For each payment we see the amount, the time and the wallet address. No card is needed, so we hold no card details.
Symptom photos. These stay on your phone only. They are never uploaded to our server.
Where your data is stored
Your logs are saved on your phone the moment you add them. That's why the app works offline.
When you're back online, logs sync through our server so everyone in your family sees the same data. We rent this server from a hosting company.
How we use your data
We use your data only to run Estrelu:
- to sign you in and show your logs across devices;
- to sync logs between family members;
- to build the nap forecast, summaries and charts;
- to record payments, remind you before your paid period ends and answer your emails.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads.
- We don't use third-party trackers or analytics tools.
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't diagnose anything based on your logs.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days.
When your free trial or paid period ends, access is paused until you pay. Your logs are not deleted, and you can still export them.
If a family hasn't paid and no one has signed in for six months, we'll send an email. 30 days after that email, the family's data is deleted.
Your rights
- Export. Download all your logs as JSON or CSV from settings.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact us or your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. We'll tell you about significant changes in the app.
