These terms explain how an Estrelu subscription works, what it costs and what we're responsible for. By using Estrelu, you agree to them. The key points: 5 days free with no card, every feature on every plan, and your logs stay yours.

What Estrelu is

Estrelu is a web app for logging sleep, feeds, diapers and other everyday events for babies and toddlers from birth to age three. It runs in your browser and installs to your phone's home screen.

Estrelu is not a medical device

Estrelu doesn't diagnose, doesn't calculate medicine doses and doesn't replace your doctor. The nap forecast, fussy weeks and growth charts are guides, not medical findings. Make decisions about your baby's health with your doctor. If your baby is unwell, get medical help right away.

Free trial

Estrelu is free for the first 5 days. We don't ask for a card.

After the trial, access is paused until you pay. Your logs are not deleted, and you can export them to a file.

Plans and prices

Every plan includes every feature. One subscription covers the whole family: unlimited adults and up to 4 children.

Payment and end of access

You pay manually in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). That's the only payment method. No card is needed, and nothing is charged automatically.

You pay for the next period yourself, whenever you're ready. A few days before your paid period ends, we'll email you a reminder. The lifetime plan is a single payment.

When your paid period ends, access is paused until you pay again. Your logs are not deleted, and you can export them to a file.

Gift subscriptions

You can buy Estrelu as a gift. After payment you get a link with a code. The recipient opens the link and the subscription activates for their family.

Referral bonus

Every user has a referral link. When someone you invited pays for a month, you get a bonus of 30% of their payment.

Your data

Your logs belong to you. You can export them to JSON or CSV and delete them from settings. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Estrelu for anything illegal.
• Don't try to access other people's data or disrupt the service.
• Invite only people you trust with your baby's logs. Invite codes work once.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep Estrelu running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available. Logs are saved on your phone and sync when you're online. We suggest exporting them from time to time.

We're not responsible for health decisions made only on the basis of Estrelu logs, forecasts or charts. Those decisions belong with your doctor. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of the page. We'll tell you about significant changes in the app in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of the service is registered.
